Superintendent | Commercial Construction | Austin / San Antonio

We are working with a reputable commercial general contractor that is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to support projects across the Central Texas market.

This is a field leadership role overseeing a strong pipeline of commercial work, starting with a $30M+ ground-up manufacturing facility
, with additional projects following in both Austin and San Antonio.

• Lead all on-site construction activities from start through completion
• Manage field operations, subcontractors, and site logistics
• Maintain project schedules and drive timely delivery
• Coordinate with Project Managers and design teams
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce OSHA standards
• Run subcontractor meetings and manage day-to-day field execution
• Maintain quality control and resolve field issues proactively

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Proven track record on projects $10M+
• Strong background in one or more of the following:
• Corporate office / tenant improvement (TI)
• Healthcare (clinics, MOBs, occupied renovations)
• Industrial / manufacturing / tilt-wall construction
• Retail or commercial ground-up projects
• Experience managing fast-paced job sites and multiple subcontractors
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools

• Must be based in or near:
• Austin, San Antonio, or surrounding Central Texas areas (New Braunfels, San Marcos, Lockhart, Wimberley preferred)
• Must be open to travel between Austin and San Antonio project sites
