Well established roofing contractor specializing in commercial and governmental projects throughout Austin and the surrounding areas.
Job Info:
Work alongside project managers to complete accurate estimates based on manufacturer specifications, warranty requirements, and local building codes. Responsibilities include reviewing specification and drawing documentation, developing bids, drafting detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience with a strong understanding of estimating in commercial roofing
- Must be located within 50 miles of the Austin area
- Proficient with estimating software
