Job Description

Oversee daily construction activities to guarantee projects finish on time and within budget.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors to deliver quality work while maintaining safety compliance.
Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and avoid potential delays.
Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and resolve issues.

The Successful Applicant

Demonstrated track record managing tilt-wall construction projects, supported by strong technical and field knowledge.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams to achieve high standards of safety, workmanship, and jobsite efficiency.
Comprehensive understanding of construction safety requirements, with a commitment to consistent enforcement of policies and procedures.
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, allowing for effective resolution of field issues while maintaining schedule commitments.
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to foster effective collaboration among clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
