Job Description

• Lead corporate interior (TI) preconstruction efforts, managing RFP responses from initial pursuit through final pricing
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and develop accurate estimates with a deep understanding of all interior construction divisions and scopes
• Partner with designers and clients on test fits, constructability reviews, and scope alignment to ensure efficient, buildable solutions
• Coordinate subcontractor outreach, bid levelling, and market engagement, leveraging an existing trade partner network where possible
• Serve as a critical contributor to winning work by supporting bid strategy, value engineering, and client presentations during pursuits

The Successful Applicant

• Proven preconstruction professional with hands-on experience in corporate interior/tenant improvement construction
• Expert in managing RFPs, takeoffs, estimating, and scope development across all interior construction divisions
• Strong understanding of test fitting, constructability, phasing, and occupied-space logistics
• Well-connected within the subcontractor and design community, with an existing trade partner network
• Strategic, detail-oriented team player who thrives in fast-paced pursuits and is a key contributor to winning work
