The Field Safety Manager promotes the Company's IIF culture by ensuring every co‑worker returns home safe each night. The role spends at least 90% of time field observing and coaching co‑workers and Field Safety Representatives on correcting unsafe conditions and behaviors. The manager reinforces positive behavior through recognition and/or rewards, serves as a resource to answer safety questions, shares lessons learned, and uses leading indicators to influence future safety direction on the project.

• Promotes the Company's IIF Culture as a safety resource to the project
• Assists in project compliance with safety rules and regulations
• Conducts job site case management
• Oversees the work of direct reports
• Ensures a safe work environment
• Participates in training / certifications

• Bachelor's degree in a safety‑related major and a minimum of 4 years of concrete construction and safety experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of a certificate in a related field, or construction experience with OSHA 500 training certification
