- Manage multiple projects using formal project planning techniques
- Set up & manage project schedules & fabrication objectives
- Communicate progress toward production, financial, quality & safety goals
- Negotiate change orders & maintain customer relationships
- Identify resource requirements for efficient capacity planning
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 10+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in project management
- Strong familiarity with the AISC Manual of Steel Construction & construction codes
PMP certification, experience with Fab Suite, Tekla, and other related software
