Our team is growing and in need of hiring multiple Assistant Superintendents who are looking for a long-term career opportunity.
Compensation / Benefits:
- Base Salary

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 1-4+ years of experience building similar construction project types while employed by a GC
- You will work directly under the supervision of a Lead Superintendent assisting with project coordination, schedule management, quality management, and safety management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Demonstrate an understanding of trade specific work.
- Contact and direct subcontractors, suppliers, rental equipment companies, and other job specific vendors.
- Understand subcontractor responsibilities and scope of work.
- Forward thinking- must have the ability to recognize issues/conflicts in construction documents and in the field before they happen.
- Prepare, adjust, and adhere to a 3-week look ahead.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety, which includes assisting with weekly safety meetings.
- Foster relationships with subcontractors, vendor, and field personnel.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
