* Implement and maintain the site logistics plan, including access control, staging areas, material flow, and construction phasing, in coordination with the Construction Manager.

* Conduct daily field walks to verify progress, resolve issues, and ensure work adheres to approved drawings, submittals, specifications, and UFC/UFGS requirements.

* Prepare and maintain detailed 2-week lookahead schedules and coordinate updates with the Construction Manager for integration into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

* Maintain accurate red-line as-built drawings and coordinate updates with the Project Engineer.

* Track daily progress, manpower, quantities, constraints, and delays, and maintain thorough daily logs, photos, and reports.

* Validate subcontractor progress quantities for billing purposes and support the Construction Manager with cost-to-complete updates.

* Identify field issues that impact schedule, cost, or quality and escalate them with clear, recommended solutions.

* Maintain Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) compliance for all field documentation and project records.

* Lead pre-task planning efforts, daily coordination meetings, and subcontractor performance reviews to ensure alignment with project goals.

* Ensure proper integration of all scopes of work and coordinate with the Project Engineer on Requests for Information (RFIs) and design clarifications.

* Support Print Ops functions, including printer mobilization, staging, site readiness, and coordination of printed wall installation with conventional construction scopes.

* Assist with acceptance testing, mock-ups, and commissioning activities required by USACE/NAVFAC for new and innovative construction technologies.
