Concrete Project Manager

• Perform detailed and accurate estimates for potential projects.
• Identify and quantify all necessary concrete scope items and collaborate in developing project strategy.
• Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Set up the project by reviewing contracts, assigning cost codes, and preparing a preliminary budget.
• Hold and communicate accurate project information to all parties.
• Organize log setup for all MPOs and POs to track items and submittals.
• Execute organized and accurate takeoffs.
• Collaborate with the Project Lead and operational support to develop accurate project plans.
• Communicate information, solutions, and opportunities to the team as needed.
• Compile daily job cost reports to ensure costs and quantities align with the budget.
• Create change orders based on customer expectations.
• Execute a detailed project closeout.
• Communicate detailed project information to all appropriate parties.

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large‑scale, self‑performing general contractor or concrete contractor.
• Self‑performance experience with concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types emphasizing commercial and industrial concrete.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices required for projects over $1 million.
• Previous experience performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
