Green Key Resources seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead daily field operations on high-end commercial projects in Austin. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate with clients and architects, and enforce safety, quality, and schedule discipline on occupied spaces.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in interiors/tenant improvements, strong scheduling and leadership skills, and the ability to read drawings and coordinate complex MEP work with minimal disruption to tenants.
