Job Title
This individual will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and owning complex Level 4 project schedules using Primavera P6.
Day to Day:
- Develop, maintain, and own detailed Level 4 schedules in Primavera P6.
- Build project schedules from the ground up, including logic ties, activity sequencing, resource loading, milestones, and critical path analysis.
- Perform schedule updates, progress tracking, and forecasting on a regular basis.
- Analyze schedule performance and identify potential delays, risks, or impacts to project milestones.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of construction scheduling experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
- Proven experience developing and managing Level 4 project schedules.
- Experience creating schedules from project kickoff through closeout.
