They recently experienced their lead operations manager retiring and need a new production manager to help keep up with the steady pipeline of projects, and to help them continue to experience the growth they are used to.

• Manage operations team of residential roofing
• Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position
• Demonstrating solid business acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers
• Drive production growth through consistent daily effort

• 5+ years of roofing management experience
• Experience with Residential and/or Commercial Roofing materials and techniques
• Must be able to manage roofing projects from start to finish, without supervision
• Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player

• Base salary between $80k-$100k + aggressive commission designed to have this individual make over $130k+
