Senior Construction Project Manager -EIFS & Masonry

Trinity Masonry is a leading provider of EIFS, masonry & stucco services in Central Texas. The ideal candidate for project manager is a self-starter and learner with extensive experience bidding and running large commercial work.

A successful candidate is willing to identify a bid opportunity as a good fit and take that job to successful completion. This candidate is comfortable reading plan
s and translating quantity takeoffs into a detailed project bid using historical data, vendor, and subcontractor quotes.

• Manage project pipeline from bid to job completion
• Manage jobs once work is awarded
• Track Production & Schedule
• Review Plan Changes and RFIs
• Communicate with GC/Price Change Orders
• Follow up on outstanding bids
• Get in touch with suppliers about pricing

• 5 years minimum background commercial construction
• Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to Learn and Ask Questions
• Read blueprints and specifications
• Detail oriented and thorough
• Speaking Spanish a plus
• Performance bonuses are possible once fully ramped within the company.
