We're hiring a Preconstruction Manager to lead planning, estimating and preconstruction services for complex commercial construction projects throughout the Greater Austin Area.
OverviewOur client is an established Top ENR General Contractor with a nationwide portfolio of complex commercial construction projects and long-standing client relationships. The preconstruction team partners with owners, architects, engineers and operations leaders to develop budgets, evaluate design solutions, manage risk and position projects for success.
ResponsibilitiesYou'll lead conceptual estimating, cost planning, value engineering, procurement strategy and client coordination while supporting projects from pursuit through turnover.
Qualifications- 8+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
- Experience leading preconstruction services for commercial, corporate office, higher education, healthcare, mixed-use or advanced technology projects
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients, design teams and trade partners
