Project Manager; Civil Construction

As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. You'll work closely with Superintendents, Estimators, subcontractors, owners, and municipal stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

• Manage civil construction projects from award through completion
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
• Lead subcontractor and supplier procurement
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate with field operations to ensure project success
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor project costs and profitability
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within civil construction
• Experience with site development, underground utilities, paving, earthwork, roadway, or municipal projects
• Strong understanding of project financial management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
  Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience working in the Central Texas market preferred
