SERVPRO of Culpeper & Fauquier Counties is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to join our growing team in Alexandria, VA. In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of restoration projects - from initial assessment to successful completion - making a real difference for customers during their most stressful moments. Responsibilities- Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and develop accurate project estimates for restoration and remediation work
- Prepare and present detailed estimates using Xactimate or similar estimating software
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor job site progress, quality control, and safety compliance
- Document project scope, changes, and updates accurately in job management systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and property owners to drive repeat business
- 2+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related project management/estimating role
- Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a client-first mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) are a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a field-based environment
