AXIOM Planning Services is seeking a Construction Planner / Scheduler to join our team in Austin, Texas.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining construction schedules across multiple projects. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure schedules reflect real field conditions, identify potential delays, and support efficient project execution.

This position plays a key role in ensuring that project timelines are realistic, actionable, and aligned with project goals.

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure schedules reflect real construction sequencing
• Track project progress and identify potential schedule risks or delays
• Support critical path analysis and schedule updates
• Assist in planning procurement timelines and project milestones
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Provide schedule reports and updates to project teams

• Experience in construction scheduling or project planning
• Knowledge of construction sequencing and project delivery processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders
• Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
