Here’s what you’ll be taking on:- Lead implementation of our SaaS platform
- Identify opportunities to drive business growth and collaborate with internal teams to bring them to life
- Consult on best practices to enhance engagement and adoption, maximizing our products’ impact across the board.
- Collaborate across different tiers of our organization, crafting best practices and facilitating connections that nurture client
- With a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Over 4+ years of experience in construction project management, site engineering, or field operations
- Deep understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll work directly with clients and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving ability, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic startup environment
- Tech-savvy, curious, and eager to learn new tools and technologies
- Strong presentation skills and be capable of designing and executing a roll-out strategy
