Construction Project Manager (CSA)

NOTE:
This position is also open to candidates who would like to relocate to Austin, TX

Seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee complex CSA construction projects from pre-construction through final turnover. This role manages budgets, schedules, contractors, procurement, and documentation to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture
  , or a related field.
• 5-7 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing Data Center, Semiconductor FAB, or Healthcare construction
• Strong background in Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA)
• Experience with Cleanroom construction
  , including ceilings, walls, and Raised Access Flooring
  .
• Knowledge of EPC and Design-Build project delivery models.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Asana, AutoCAD, and Excel
  .
• Strong understanding of construction codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards
  .
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of CSA construction projects.
• Lead project buyout activities, including bid packages, RFPs, contracts, scopes of work, and work orders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and construction issues.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Oversee field execution, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
• Ensure compliance with construction codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Maintain project documentation, including permits, contracts, change orders, progress reports, as-built drawings, and turnover documentation.
• Drive project turnover and support final inspections and occupancy acceptance.

• OSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification.
• Knowledge of CSA industry standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE
  7).
• Experience with gas or chemical facility construction projects.
