Construction Manager

Riverside is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee commercial real estate development projects from pre-construction through completion. • Manage multiple commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting
• Ensure projects meet Riverside's quality standards, timelines, and financial objectives
• Conduct site visits and monitor safety, quality, and compliance
• Assist with contractor selection, contract negotiations, and construction administration
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and permitting requirements
• Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions
• Provide leadership to contractors and project teams throughout the construction process

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, preferably with a General Contractor
• Experience managing projects such as office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hospitality, or mixed-use developments
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control experience
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel as project needs require
