Riverside is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee commercial real estate development projects from pre-construction through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys managing complex projects, collaborating with top industry partners, and delivering high-quality developments across Central Texas.

What You’ll Do As Construction Manager, you will:- Manage multiple commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting
- Ensure projects meet Riverside's quality standards, timelines, and financial objectives
- Conduct site visits and monitor safety, quality, and compliance
- Assist with contractor selection, contract negotiations, and construction administration
- Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and permitting requirements
- Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions
- Provide leadership to contractors and project teams throughout the construction process
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, preferably with a General Contractor
- Experience managing projects such as office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hospitality, or mixed-use developments
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel as project needs require
