Construction Superintendent - Multifamily ground-up projects
Location:
Austin, TX
We are working with an award-winning multifamily Developer/ Builder in Austin, TX. They are looking to staff their upcoming ground-up project (300+ units, $60M) with an experinced Construction Manager.
About us:We are a highly accomplished national Builder/Developer with a speciality in multifamily construction. We have projects in 5 states and over 100 projects in our portfolio. Award-winning team and a well-known name in the market.
- Ensure that the site is performing all safety meetings and inspections
- Ensure that projects are staffed appropriately per the plan, and the team is performing core responsibilities
- Ensure Daily Field reports are complete and accurate
- Accountable for safety incident reporting and resolution
- Accountable for weekly PSM and OAC Reports and Responsible for executing all PSM and OAC meetings with timely resolution of all constraints as the responsible front-facing site representative to all other departments
- Ensure schedule snapshot is accurate and timely, and meeting all milestones
- Accountable for subcontractor non-performance issue resolution
- Responsible for field team training, reviews, documentation, and performance
- 5-day (Monday-Friday) Physical Co-location in office or on job site
Physical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 4+ years of experience in construction management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in using business software and tools, including MS Office and project management applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $190,000 annually, along with a 25% Annual bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
