As we continue expanding across North America, we re establishing our Austin operation and are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to become one of the key leaders helping shape our future in Texas.

Working alongside industry-leading strategy, design and delivery professionals, you ll help bring workplace visions to life, creating spaces where people can collaborate, innovate and do their best work.

As Senior Construction Manager, you ll lead the successful delivery of complex workplace projects from preconstruction through to completion.

You ll build trusted client relationships, oversee programme, commercial performance and project delivery, while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the exceptionally high standards Unispace is known for.

• Leading multiple workplace and commercial interior projects from inception through completion
• Acting as the primary client contact throughout project delivery
• Managing programme, budgets, commercial performance and project risk
• Working closely with strategy, design and construction teams as one integrated business
• Supporting and mentoring project teams
• Helping establish and grow our Austin operation

You ll likely have extensive experience delivering commercial interiors, workplace or design & build projects within a Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager or similar leadership position.

• Outstanding client relationship skills
• Strong commercial and programme management experience
• Experience leading complex construction projects
• A collaborative leadership style
• The ability to commute into Austin as our local office continues to grow
