What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking an experienced Electrical General Foreman to lead and coordinate day-to-day electrical field operations on the Samsung Semiconductor project in Taylor, Texas. This role serves as the primary link between supervision and craft labor, ensuring safety, productivity, quality, and schedule compliance across multiple crews.

What You'll Do Here

Supervise and coordinate multiple electrical foremen and crews
Plan, schedule, and execute daily and weekly work activities
Ensure work is performed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, NEC, and site standards
Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, and material needs
Interface with superintendents, project management, and other trades
Enforce site safety policies and conduct daily toolbox talks
Monitor productivity and address performance or manpower issues
Review drawings, layouts, and work plans to identify conflicts or constructability issues
Support inspections, testing, and turnover activities
Maintain daily reports, progress tracking, and manpower logs
