Senior Construction Project Manager - Major Civil Infrastructure

This is a role for a proven leader who thrives on complexity and wants true ownership. As the single point of responsibility for project success
, you’ll lead your team from acquisition and pre-construction through execution and close-out, driving the outcomes that matter most:
safety, quality, profitability, schedule, and client satisfaction.

We’re looking for leaders with:

• 5–7+ years of Project Management experience on large civil or utility infrastructure projects, ideally $100M+
• Experience in Heavy Civil, Water/Wastewater, Utilities, Roadways, Bridges, and/or Pipelines
• Strong command of field execution, scheduling, financial management, scope management, and project controls
• The leadership presence to build high-performing teams and earn the trust of clients, field leaders, and stakeholders
• A mindset focused on ownership, accountability, and getting things done

• Assure project abides by all environmental safety awareness and compliance.
• Support and further the company culture, values, Key Results and quality management.
• Document and communicate project progress, performance, and issues to all stakeholders.
• Provide day to day direction and oversight of project resources (staff, equipment, subcontractors) and materials.
• Successfully integrate resources, activities, and deliverables as outlined in the Project Execution Plan.
