Position OverviewAs a
Construction Manager
- Above Ground Structural
, you will lead and coordinate above-ground structural construction activities for large-scale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will oversee structural steel erection, equipment support structures, metal decking, miscellaneous metals, prefabricated structural systems, and related construction scopes while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. This role requires extensive knowledge of structural construction practices, field execution strategies, subcontractor management, and project sequencing.
You will work closely with project management, field leadership, engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to ensure successful execution of critical structural scopes. Success requires strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities combined with a commitment to safety, quality, schedule performance, and operational excellence.
- Lead field execution of above-ground structural construction activities across mission-critical and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field supervision, and project stakeholders to support safe and successful project delivery.
- Review structural drawings, specifications, schedules, lift plans, and construction documentation to ensure work is executed according to project requirements.
- Support constructability reviews, planning activities, procurement coordination, and execution strategy development.
- Identify project risks, field conflicts, schedule impacts, and constructability challenges while developing practical solutions.
- Ensure structural construction activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and customer expectations.
- Manage above-ground structural construction activities supporting hyperscale data centers and mission-critical infrastructure developments.
- Oversee installation of structural steel systems, equipment support structures, metal decking, miscellaneous metals, prefabricated assemblies, and related scopes.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, safety, scheduling, and project controls teams throughout project delivery.
- Lead field planning efforts, sequencing reviews, crane and lift coordination, and workface planning activities.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, safety performance, quality metrics, and stakeholder commitments to support successful project outcomes.
