The Role

The Series Producer will lead the creation and production of engaging digital video content for AMD's You Tube channel, spearheading new show formats that highlight AMD's innovation and connect with tech-savvy audiences. This role drives storytelling, production, and programming to expand reach, engagement, and audience loyalty.

The Person

A creative and passionate content leader with a deep understanding of digital-first storytelling, audience engagement, and You Tube best practices. Highly collaborative, organized, and results-driven, with a balance of creative vision and data-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Original Programming - Conceptualize, pilot, and refine new video show formats that capture audience interest, increase watch time, and position AMD as a technology leader.
  • Hands-On Content Production - Manage the full production cycle (scripting, filming, editing, and publishing) while ensuring consistent quality and storytelling excellence.
  • Audience Engagement - Create videos that resonate with AI, enterprise, gaming, and PC communities while making content accessible and entertaining for broader audiences.
  • Establish Cadence - Build and sustain a consistent publishing schedule that drives growth, engagement, and retention across the AMD You Tube channel.
  • Leverage AI Tools - Incorporate AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows, enhance storytelling, and improve production efficiency.
  • Analytics & Optimization - Monitor video performance, analyze audience behavior, and refine content strategy to maximize engagement and algorithmic visibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with brand, marketing, product, and social teams to align content with AMD messaging while maintaining an authentic, audience-first tone.
  • Talent & Partner Management - Collaborate with on-camera hosts, talent, and external production partners to deliver high-quality and compelling video experiences.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in digital video production with a strong record of developing content for You Tube or similar platforms.
  • Expertise in pre-production planning, live-action and post-production workflows, including editing and motion graphics.
  • Strong knowledge of You Tube audience engagement strategies, SEO, and algorithm trends; understanding of video syndication to other social platforms.
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Direct experience using AI tools to enhance content creation and production workflows.
  • Proven success launching and sustaining a recurring video series or digital show.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with online communities, tech culture, and audience engagement best practices.
Academic Credentials
  • Bachelor's degree in film, media production, communications, or related field.
