Your role is to capture high-quality video in real-world environments and support professional studio recordings twice per month at a local recording studio.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with a founder and production team.

You will:
- Capture short-form and long-form video outdoors and on location
- Handle camera setup, framing, lighting awareness, and clean audio capture
- Be adaptable to changing environments (lighting, weather, movement)
- Help capture B-roll and contextual footage when needed
Studio Recording Support (2× per Month)
You will:
- Assist during scheduled studio recording days at a local studio
- Help with camera setup, basic lighting, and audio checks
- Monitor recordings for framing, focus, and technical issues

- Studio recording days run without technical issues
- On-time delivery of all footage
- Founder recording sessions stay efficient and focused
- Consistent quality across field and studio shoots
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Is local to Austin and available for in-person shoots
- Enjoys being on-site and hands-on

- On-location filming
- Studio environments
This is not a fit if you:
- Only want to edit and never shoot
- Prefer remote-only work
- Need constant supervision

- Treat this like a hobby instead of a professional role
We are building an enterprise-level media operation
, not casual content.

- Lavalier and shotgun mics
- Tripods, gimbals, basic lighting kits
- Studio environments (Record ATX experience is a plus)
- Ongoing part-time work with predictable scheduling
- Professional studio experience at a local recording studio
- Direct access to a fast-moving founder and media team
- Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the brand scales
- Competitive hourly or per-day compensation
Please include:
- A short note on why this role fits you
