• Design everything:
  From digital campaigns to print materials, motion graphics to social media content – Adobe Creative Suite is the playground where you’ll flex your skills so advanced proficiency especially with InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and a strong grasp of the Microsoft Office suite are must have abilities.
• Translate the complex:
  Take technical utility concepts and transform them into visual stories that resonate with everyone from industry experts to everyday customers through thoughtful strategic design.
• Collaborate widely:
  Meet with internal teams to understand their vision, partner with our print and promotional product vendors to bring projects to life, and work alongside a creative team that values your input.
• Think beyond static:
  Create both still and motion graphics that add movement and energy to our stories.
• Wear multiple hats:
  Flex your writing skills and social media savvy to create cohesive campaigns that work across channels.

• Four or more years of experience in graphic design, photography, offset press or digital art techniques or relevant experience. A degree(s) in commercial art or graphic design or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
• A bachelor's degree in design, digital media or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced proficiency in design tools.
• Knowledge of brand development and visual identity systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, responsive design and platform best practices.
