This is an on-site contract role for a Real Estate Photographer, located in Austin, TX. The role involves capturing high-quality images of residential and commercial properties, creating immersive 3D tours, and operating drones to produce striking aerial footage. Key responsibilities include setting up shoots, editing images and videos, adhering to client branding guidelines, and delivering finalized content within established deadlines. Collaboration with real estate professionals to ensure client needs are met is essential to this role.

• Photography and videography skills, including experience with camera equipment and professional editing software
• Proficiency in drone operation, holding a valid FAA Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107 license)
• Ability to shoot, produce, and edit high-quality visuals for marketing, including 3D tour experiences
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities to work effectively with clients
• Reliable transportation to travel to various shoot locations within the Austin, TX area
• Attention to detail and a creative eye to showcase properties uniquely and accurately
• Experience working in real estate photography is a plus
• Flexibility to adapt to various schedules and weather conditions
