Who You Are

The Sr. Copywriter position is a core creative contributor responsible for developing strong, concept-driven copy across campaigns, channels, and brand touchpoints. This role partners closely with Art Directors, Designers, Strategists, Producers, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring ideas to life through thoughtful, effective, and culturally relevant storytelling. As a copywriter, you will work seamlessly with creative and marketing leadership to understand the brand strategies and plans, media requirements and objectives to create a copy foundation that sets Nutrabolt apart in all categories.

What

You're Good At
  • Concept, write, and develop compelling copy for integrated campaigns across channels including digital, social, video, retail, DTC, PR, sales, and experiential.
  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors and Designers to build strong creative ideas, not just executions, contributing equally to concept development and refinement.
  • Translate creative briefs, brand strategies, and business objectives into clear, engaging, and on-brand messaging.
  • Own copy deliverables from initial concept through final execution, managing feedback and revisions efficiently.
  • Adapt tone, voice, and messaging for different audiences, platforms, and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Brand, Strategy, Social, Digital, Sales, and Production to ensure work meets channel needs and performance goals.
  • Participate actively in brainstorms, creative reviews, and working sessions, bringing ideas, references, and solutions to the table.
  • Support production processes by providing copy for shoots, scripts, VO, captions, and on-set needs as required.
  • Demonstrate accountability by meeting deadlines, managing multiple projects, and communicating proactively when priorities shift.
What You Contribute
  • Bachelor’s degree, Ad School degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–6 years of copywriting experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or in-house brand environment.
  • A portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, strong writing craft, and experience across multiple channels.
  • Solid understanding of brand voice, messaging frameworks, and how ideas translate across formats.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a highly collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Comfort receiving and applying feedback, with a focus on improving the work rather than defending it.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with production workflows for video, social, and digital content is a plus.
