We’re looking for a hands‑on Performance Ad Creative Designer to join an ambitious, fast‑moving growth agency with LA and Orange County, CA roots and a newly‑established office in Austin, TX.
Our ideal candidate is a one‑person creative engine capable of concepting, designing, editing, and iterating high‑converting, high‑volume ads with a primary initial focus on scaling telehealth and next‑gen wellness brands to 7+ figures/month in ad spend.
This is not a Creative Director role.
This is not campaign management.
This is not brand‑only work.
You will personally produce the ad creative that fuels aggressive growth and testing environments. If your portfolio doesn’t reference performance metrics, this probably isn’t the role.

What You’ll Do:- Design static + carousel ads built for rapid A/B testing
- Develop multiple hooks and angles per product
- Rapidly iterate based on performance data (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR)
- Use AI tools to accelerate scripting, video creation, editing, and variation production
- Ship high volume creative weekly without sacrificing performance quality
- Helped scale telehealth, GLP-1, NAD+, nutraceutical, supplement, or DTC wellness brands
- Worked inside accounts spending $500K–$1M+/month
- Built creative tied directly to measurable performance improvements
- Thrived in fast‑paced testing environments (30–100+ variations/week)
- Cared more about conversion metrics than aesthetics, but know how to stay within brand guidelines and maintain brand equity/positioning
