Jr. Designer

The Junior Designer is a key creative contributor for Nutrabolt, responsible for supporting the development of strong, visually compelling assets across campaigns, channels, and brand touchpoints. The role partners with Senior Creatives, Copywriters, Producers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to bring ideas to life through high‑quality design and brand‑aligned execution.

• Design and develop compelling design for integrated campaigns across channels including digital, social, video, retail, DTC, PR, sales, and experiential.
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors and Copywriters to develop strong design systems and shape the brand’s communication across platforms.
• Translate creative briefs, brand strategies, and business objectives into clear, engaging design.
• Own art and design deliverables from initial concept through final execution, managing feedback and revisions efficiently.
• Adapt brand and product assets for different audiences, platforms, and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Brand, Strategy, Social, Digital, Sales, and Production teams to ensure work meets channel needs and performance goals.
• Participate actively in brainstorms, creative reviews, and working sessions—bringing ideas, references, and solutions to the table.
• Demonstrate accountability by meeting deadlines, managing multiple projects, and communicating proactively when priorities shift.

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Advertising, or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid understanding of brand design.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a highly collaborative, team‑based environment.
• Comfort receiving and applying feedback, focusing on improving the work rather than defending it.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with production workflows for video, social, and digital content is a plus.
