About the Role:
We're looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic team at , one of the leading real estate search engines in the U.S. The role is all about boosting brand visibility and engagement across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, X, Threads) through highly shareable content.

You'll be creating social-first videos and data-driven graphics that bring real estate to life from housing trends and market data to celebrity homes and human-interest stories. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends and platform language, strong content strategy and copywriting skills, and the ability to edit and tailor content for optimal performance across channels.

What you'll do:

  • Create compelling short-form videos and data-driven graphics tailored for platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, and more requiring the ability to distill long-form content or in-depth articles into engaging, digestible social media posts.
  • Help diversify our content by contributing fresh, engaging ideas and jumping on relevant social trends.
  • Optimize content for each platform, ensuring format, tone, and style fit the audience.
  • Stay plugged into social media trends, sounds, memes, and cultural moments and translate them into content ideas that align with our brand.
  • Write scroll-stopping hooks, captions, and on-screen copy optimized for maximum engagement and shareability.

Skills:

  • Proven experience creating social-first content, including video and graphics.
  • Strong editing skills and proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere, After Illustrator, Canva, Cap Cut, Figma or similar.
  • Proficiency in native social analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite) or third-party analytics tools (e.g. Sprinklr).
  • Deep understanding of how each social platform works (and what performs best where).
  • Comfortable being on-camera, speaking to camera, and filming for social media content.
  • Strong copywriting chops with a knack for writing for social audiences.
  • A pulse on internet culture, creator trends, and platform updates.
