Graphic Designer

Onsite | Austin, TX | 6-8 Month Contract

We're looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer who thrives in a high-volume, production-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys executing and optimizing creative across print, digital, and web, with a strong emphasis on print accuracy and consistency.

What You'll Do:

+ Execute high-volume design requests across print, digital, and web channels while maintaining brand consistency

+ Prepare print-ready files, ensuring accuracy in layout, typography, color, and formatting

+ Adapt and version existing creative assets for multiple formats, sizes, and channels

+ Partner with marketing and creative teams to produce assets aligned with campaign goals

+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

+ Conduct thorough QA on all deliverables with a sharp eye for detail and production standards

+ Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure print specifications and requirements are met

Requirements

+ 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on production work

+ Proven experience supporting high-volume creative output in fast-paced environments

+ Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

+ Deep understanding of print production processes (bleeds, trims, color profiles, file setup)

+ Experience designing for digital and web environments, including resizing and formatting assets

+ Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy across all deliverables

+ A digital portfolio showcasing relevant print, production, and multi-channel design work

+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
