Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders in the sales and investments teams to understand content and translate data into clear, compelling charts and graphics for a wide range of mediums and audiences.
• Collaborate across an integrated Marketing department and Creative team to develop social media visuals, data visualizations, and other graphic elements that illustrate complex concepts.
• Create multimedia, immersive storytelling experiences for the blog using video, motion graphics, and interactive data visualizations to complement the narrative.

• Translate and simplify complex data through information graphics and charts.
• Create digital designs and mockups that adhere closely to web design principles and UI/UX best practices.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
• Proficiency in preparing files for print runs and digital use.
• Skill with AI tools and understanding of prompting best practices to edit and generate images (e.g., Adobe Firefly).
• Ability to storyboard for animation.
• Knowledge of front‑end development and content management systems is a plus.
• Comfort working on both Mac and PC across a variety of media.
• Independent initiative to iterate and solve creative problems.
• Team orientation, able to take broad and narrow direction from Design Directors.
• Highly organized, results‑oriented, flexible, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Background in the financial services industry or other intangible sectors is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• One to five years of design experience in media, an agency, or in‑house with a focus on data visualization.
