Job Description We’re partnering with a well-known consumer lifestyle brand seeking a Photo Studio Retoucher Support professional to join their in-house creative team onsite in Austin. This role will support high-volume photo production workflows across ecommerce, marketing, and brand campaigns, ensuring imagery meets brand standards and production timelines.

The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, strong technical retouching skills, and experience working within a fast-paced studio or creative production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily photo studio operations and post-production workflows
  • Retouch and color-correct product and lifestyle imagery for ecommerce, marketing, and digital use
  • Ensure consistency in image quality, lighting, color accuracy, and brand standards
  • Prepare and organize files for internal teams and external distribution
  • Collaborate closely with photographers, producers, designers, and creative stakeholders
  • Assist with image trafficking, asset management, and studio workflow coordination
  • Help maintain efficient turnaround times across multiple concurrent projects
  • Support quality control reviews and final image delivery processes
Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of experience in photo retouching, post-production, or studio support
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Strong understanding of color correction, masking, compositing, and image optimization
  • Experience supporting ecommerce or consumer product photography workflows preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven creative environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working onsite in a studio setting
Preferred Background
  • Experience with high-volume retail, apparel, outdoor, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with DAM systems or digital asset management workflows
  • Understanding of studio production processes and creative operations
