Deliverables
- Manage and grow social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and community engagement
- Write engaging blog posts tailored to the Austin real estate market and lifestyle
- Record and edit high-quality iPhone videos for use on social platforms
- Design and create visually appealing flyers and digital marketing materials
- Monitor analytics to assess content performance and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new content ideas
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling blog posts and social captions
- Proficiency in video recording and editing, particularly using iPhone and mobile editing apps
- Graphic design skills for creating flyers and digital assets (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Deep understanding of social media trends and best practices, especially for real estate
- Must be based in Austin, TX, and able to work on-site; remote or travel-based applicants will not be considered
