Campus Worship Pastor

Overview

Austin Ridge's North Hills campus will launch in 2027. The Campus Worship Pastor will help launch and shape worship culture, build the team, craft the Sunday experience, lead worship, select songs, run rehearsals, and collaborate with creative professionals to build services that engage attendees in person and online.

• Lead and design worship services for a 2,100‑seat space that engages attendees in person and online.
• Choose repertoire, run rehearsals, and collaborate with creative teams to deliver engaging worship.
• Build and develop a volunteer worship team focused on discipleship, not solely on performance.
• Develop student leaders and create a pipeline of future worship leaders.
• Engage with the community, lobby, and beyond the stage to make worship intergenerational and multicultural.
• Invest in the health and spiritual well‑being of volunteers and create systems that equip them.
• Align with central leadership across Austin Ridge's multi‑site campuses and advance campus DNA.

• Pastor or artist with significant experience leading worship in a church context.
• Authentic, genuine presence; not performative or manufactured.
• Self‑starting, initiative‑driven, and can thrive with a clear vision and autonomy.
• Collaborative, open, and comfortable aligning with a larger campus vision.
• Strong leadership skills; able to shepherd a worship team and nurture volunteers.
