webAI seeks a senior UX writer to own the voice of the product from concept to launch, collaborating with design and product to shape terminology and messaging. You will define how the product speaks, including AI-generated content, and ensure copy remains clear and consistent across flows.
You will craft end-to-end in-app copy, set voice guidelines, and work with designers, researchers, and engineers to ship copy into the evolving build. Reports to the Director of Design.
