KTBC/FOX-7 is re‑imagining how local news is gathered and delivered. We no longer wait for appointed times to deliver content. We are a streaming‑first news organization.

• Produce content across live streaming news programs, digital news sites, social media platforms and linear news broadcasts.
• Take ownership of the day’s big stories in the field and in‑studio.
• Create non‑traditional storytelling formats using video, text, graphics and music.
• Appear on linear broadcasts and streaming news shows on most days.
• Maintain and grow a robust social media presence focused on news‑related content.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a reporter and anchor.
• Reel that demonstrates shooting, editing and producing content.
• Robust social media footprint focused primarily on news‑related content.
• Ability to think beyond linear television workflows and deliver content for multiple platforms.

• Pay range: $60,000–$67,000 annually, dependent on education, skills, experience and location.
