Overview

Associate Photographer – Austin, TX. The role focuses on media collection for  and , including 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography of residential properties. Photographers work under a Photography Manager in local markets and collaborate with clients, sales teams, logistics, and management.

• Support marketing efforts on  and  by capturing 3-D virtual tours and floor plans.
• Create a portfolio of photographs that best feature homes and apartments using professional photography techniques.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks.
• Independently navigate defined market grids to identify inventory, missing availability, and properties to photograph.
• Adhere to CoStar safety standards to safeguard vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar professionally at all times and participate in calls with sales and research teams as needed.

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience; real estate photography experience preferred.
• Experience as a professional photographer or a recently earned photography degree.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service orientation with a client-first mindset.
• FAA Part 107 Drone Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of offer).
• Strong time management and detail orientation; accurate data capture and entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and Apple iOS products.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; field experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive/work weekends on a rotating schedule.

Base compensation: $49,000–$50,000 (annual). The final salary will depend on location, skills, and competencies.
