Who is Flock?
Every community deserves to be safe, it's a fundamental right. Our mission is simple - to build technology that reduces crime and protects privacy. Flock partners with cities, businesses, schools, and neighborhoods to help protect where people live, work, and play. Last year, Flock technology supported over 1 million criminal investigations. We've also helped solve approximately 20% of reported crimes in areas where we're deployed, and have played a role in locating more than 10,000 missing people.
We are a high-performance team united by urgency, ownership, and a shared commitment to meaningful impact. The work is fast-paced and the expectations are high. We push beyond perceived limits, support each other, and hold ourselves accountable to delivering results that matter.
With over $1B in funding and an $8.3B valuation, we are scaling with intention and investing in the people who will help us build what others said could not be done. At Flock, you will find the opportunity to grow quickly, take on real responsibility, and contribute to something bigger than yourself.
The OpportunityAs the Senior Creative Operations Producer at Flock Studios, you will sit at the intersection of creative execution and operational excellence, working as the connective tissue between Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, Operations, Design, Video, and Events.
This is an integrated producer role, not a traditional film producer role focused on script development or narrative interviews. You will personally own production start to finish, from on-set planning through post-production to final delivery, for multiple small-to-mid-sized brand projects running at the same time. You'll work alongside a Senior Video Producer who leads the department's larger-scale productions, following the same production practices at a different scale, and you'll partner closely with the Senior Director, Head of Production, to help execute, maintain, and evolve the systems and standards the department runs on.
What You'll DoProduction Leadership, Start to Finish
- Own production (start to finish) for multiple small-to-mid-sized brand and video projects running at the same time: on-set planning and scheduling, the shoot, post-production, and final delivery.
- Build project plans, production schedules, resource allocations, and delivery timelines using the department's existing planning tools and templates.
- Partner closely with videographers, editors, designers, creative leads, and story leads to ensure successful execution.
- Travel as needed to support productions and key events (approximately 20--30%).
- Partnering with the Senior Director and department leads to execute, maintain, and evolve the department's production workflows, standards, and playbooks, bringing your own ideas and field experience to the table.
- Uphold best practices for project intake, planning, approvals, stakeholder communication, feedback collection, and delivery across Brand and Creative teams.
- Identify process gaps and operational friction, and help shape and pilot solutions alongside the Senior Director.
- Keep documentation, templates, and standards current and useful as the team scales.
- Own review cycles, stakeholder feedback processes, approvals, and final asset delivery for assigned productions.
- Enforce standards for version control, asset organization, naming, and folder structure across projects.
- Champion Frame.io as the single home for partner and stakeholder feedback.
- Keep creative feedback loops efficient, actionable, and aligned with project goals.
- Act as a connective layer across Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, Video, Design and Leadership.
- Provide visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
- Help teams navigate ambiguity and maintain momentum on complex initiatives.
- Partner closely with the dedicated Events Team. While they own live event logistics, this role owns production and delivery of the creative and video assets feeding into those events.
- Use AI tools to improve production planning, workflow management, documentation, and asset organization.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and increase operational efficiency.
- Apply the AI-enabled workflows the Senior Director has established, while maintaining quality and brand standards.
