Encore Global - - Responsibilities:
Set up and operate basic audiovisual equipment in a hospitality environment to ensure flawless events;
Assist with on-site client communications and maintaining positive relationships with clients;
Troubleshoot equipment and software issues during events to minimize downtime;
Coordinate with internal staff and outside vendors for equipment needs and seamless event execution;
Assist with invoicing and order entries in Navigator as needed
