Graphic Designer Lead

A. O. Smith seeks a Graphic Designer Lead to drive visual communication for our manufacturing brands in water heating and treatment. You will lead concept-to-production design for campaigns, product launches, and digital experiences while enforcing brand standards across global markets. Partnering with marketing and engineering, you'll translate technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals. You'll manage priorities, mentor designers, and prepare production-ready files for print and digital.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for marketing, product, and digital assets supporting water heating and treatment solutions
• Translate business and engineering requirements into compelling visuals, layouts, and presentation materials
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and design systems across global channels
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to concept, prototype, and refine creative campaigns
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Provide art direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers and external vendors
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Use data and stakeholder feedback to iterate designs and improve campaign performance
