About the Role
Modalways is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Entry‑Level Customer Service Assistant to support client service operations. This role assists with handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and interested in developing skills within a technology‑focused office environment.
Responsibilities- Assist with responding to inbound client inquiries via phone and email.
- Document client interactions, service requests, and follow‑up actions.
- Coordinate with project and technical teams to relay client concerns.
- Help maintain organized client records and communication logs.
- Support scheduling of meetings and preparation of client updates.
- Follow company service guidelines and confidentiality standards.
- Provide general administrative support to the customer service team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask and work in a professional office setting.
