Position:
Customer Service Representative

Location: AUSTIN TX 78727

Duration: 8+months

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT BETWEEN 7AM - 7PM. Special schedule requests cannot be accommodated. Training hours are 8 am to 5 pm, once training is complete schedule will be 10 am to 7pm. College Grad with 1 year Microsoft Office Experience OR Military Veteran with 1 year Microsoft Office OR High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification w/ Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience required.

The TPR Call Service Representative (CSR) will receive inbound calls from providers and clients and their representatives, and verify private health insurance information. The CSR will also perform other duties as assigned. Collect policy information from callers Verify Medicaid clients' insurance information Code type of insurance coverage and source Accurately enter insurance data into TPL database Maintain quality score of 98 or better Knowledge of Texas Medicaid and third party liability preferred.

Observe professional standards of conduct.
