About The Role We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Attendant for our Parking department. In this role, you will be the face of our parking facilities, providing exceptional service to all visitors and ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience. You will play a critical role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting customers with inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter while using our services.

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with parking inquiries and services.
• Process parking transactions accurately and efficiently using electronic payment systems.
• Monitor and ensure parking lot safety and cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide information on parking rates, policies, and local attractions to enhance customer experience.
• Manage access control and enforce parking rules and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure.
• Basic math skills and experience with cash handling and electronic payments.
