VSC Claims Support Agent

iA American Warranty Group is seeking a dynamic Claims Support Agent to assist with claims handling.
** Your Day to Day
*** Resolve disputes and conflict with inbound caller
-taking escalation calls

Demonstrate flexibility and display the range of knowledge and willingness for further training to enable the ability for light claim, or even advanced claim queue training and claims handling. High School Graduate or equivalency;
Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

At least 6 months of customer service call center experience.
* Basic Windows PC operations, touch typing.
