ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Phone Operators at Pappas Restaurants Delivery provide professional customer service to our guests. This position processes customer orders, enters orders in the computer system, handles sales calls and assists in the resolution of customer needs.

No experience is required. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
