POSITION SUMMARY

The Front Desk Hospitality Specialist is the first point of contact for Regents School of Austin, embodying the school’s mission through service, professionalism, and gracious hospitality. This year‑round position is essential for ensuring a welcoming, secure, and efficiently run front office for all visitors, parents, students, and staff.

ABOUT

We are looking for two part‑time team members to cover the shifts for this role. Each person would typically work approximately 5 hours per day, 5 days per week, for a total of about 25 hours per week during the regular school year. The two standard shifts are:

  • 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Both shifts run Monday through Friday. Please note that this role continues through the summer months. Summer hours are generally shorter and more flexible than the regular school‑year schedule. The two team members can work together to propose a mutually agreeable summer schedule (for example, alternating days or adjusting hours), but any summer schedule is subject to final approval by the manager.

Position will be available May 26, 2026.
